The Joint Effort app gives you easy access to critical information, and it’s right there with you on your phone, directly at your fingertips. Got a question about a medication and need to talk with someone? The Joint Effort app will help to direct your call to get the answers you need. Are you wondering who you’ll see and what will happen on the first day after surgery? The Joint Effort app’s timeline will tell you exactly what to expect on your first postoperative day. Did you remember to do everything necessary for an easy and comfortable transition back home after surgery? Joint Effort’s detailed checklists will put you at ease, ensuring that no critical tasks are overlooked.

But the app is more than just a book of information. This guidebook is highly interactive. The app automatically sends notifications to your phone to remind you of important events related to your surgery. For example, notifications will remind you to refrain from eating and drinking the night before your operation, or remind you to continue or stop taking critical medications around the time of surgery. Notifications like these help to make sure that the right things are done, in the right way, at the right time. More exciting yet, the app also helps your doctor to evaluate your progress by sending out brief questionnaires for you to complete that help you and your doctor follow your progress and make sure you are on track for an excellent outcome.
